SPECIAL EVENT @ ELLINGTON FARMER'S MARKET
RABIES VACCINE AND MICROCHIP CLINIC
SATURDAY, JUNE 4TH, 2016 9 AM - 12 NOON
The Ellington Center Animal Clinic is pleased to be a season sponsor of the Ellington Farmer's Market. We are also excited to use our sponsored event to host a fundraiser benefiting the animals in the care of the local animal control agencies. The doctors and staff are volunteering their time to organize a Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Clinic. All proceeds will benefit the shelter animals. For the event, the cost of a rabies vaccine is $20 cash only, and the cost of a microchip, including the registration fee is $30 cash only. Everyone is welcome. For your pet's safety, please have all dogs on a leash and all cats in a carrier.
Be sure to bring a copy of your pet's previous rabies certificate. Without a previous certificate, a one-year certificate will be issued.
If you wish to save time on the day of the event, click here for a copy of the registration form. You can print it, fill it out, and bring it to the park already signed and ready to go. Pre-registration is now closed. Please print out a copy of the registration from, fill it in and bring it with you to the park on Saturday!
